Bookmark that my daughter made for the horticultural society show today.  We didn't go to it as it's down at my parents and we had other plans this weekend.

Mum has just phoned to say that this WON First Prize in the children's categories.

She sat with Mum making it over the half term holiday, designing it on paper first.  She's quite the little artist, I don't like drawing or art (the gene obviously bypassed Mum and I).

This card brings a little sunshine to our dull cold days.

I really must sit down and publish all the cards I have been making, so that's my goal.

Jubilee Celebrations

Dressed in her red, white and blue for Jubilee day at school. 

At the end of the day they released red, white and blue balloons. 

We were deafened by the screams from the kids, they were so excited. 

And this one my daughter took as they headed towards the trees.

I loved making this card, so beautiful and elegant.

I haven't blogged for a while, I was having problems uploading photos and gave up with it and have been busy in the garden over the half term.
